Vizard's not invincible - I've seen it with my own eyes

Just found this site and looks like Vizard is all over it and with a big fan following.

Let me tell you when I was in England visiting a now departed racer friend back 70’s I watched the supposed king of tech come in 7th or so in a field of about 20 cars at Brands hatch. The two cars like his (can’t remember what they were now) came in first and second. Even my buddy with 300 cc less beat him by a big margin.

That does not sound like a guy that’s on top of it all. I wonder what his excuse is. My bet is being a writer he will probably have one.

CONGRADULATIONS,
You’ve just won the pecker of the year award, out of the thousands of post this site has had since its launch you are the first prick to post here (From the side lines I’m sure) but I’m sure you hear that a lot.

My closing speach.

Although only one person could win the coveted P. O. T. Y. (Pecker Of The Year) award tonight, I would like to close this evening by saying, THANKS. A special thanks to the thousands of others who are actually part of this site to learn and share the automotive info they have learned from tech writers and engine builders like David and all the others who have contributed to the automotive world both great and small.

The lack of P.O.T.Y award wieners on this site is what makes it so great, nobody has to worry about powerpeckers bashing them for asking questions, from beginners to pros we all have more to learn and if the best you ever finish is seventh, well at least you finished, hell some people never even enter the race.

Once again thanks for ya’lls devotion to the automotive community.

Power Packer,

Being educated, intelligent, creative, experienced, well prepared, energetic
and well known does not guarantee success on race day. If you have these
qualities you will understand.

Well everybody has to start somewhere, and maybe back in the bad old days he was still learning and sucked, but got better.
Maybe you will, too.

Wow "powerpacker", what a stupid and pointless post. I wish you would go away and not come back.

Seems like plenty of responses here but none from mr. tech wiz. I would like a simple answer to why 7th or are we going to continue to hide behind our fans????
