Sprint Nextel is hanging up on 1,000 of its cell-phone subscribers because, the company said, they complained too much.
Sprint Nextel (S, news, msgs), which ranked at the top of MSN Money's Customer Service Hall of Shame in April, apparently didn't appreciate when people called their customer-service lines to voice complaints, The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday. So the company told those unhappy customers to hit the road.
"The number of inquiries you have made to us . . . has led us to determine that we are unable to meet your current wireless needs," Sprint said in its letter.)

After their loss of a lawsuit with that other company AT a Tv press release, they announced a merger.
I’m confused did Sprint merge with Nextel or Nextel with Sprint, either way they spent a million dollars to merge with their self.
It seems to me they should focus on the service they sell instead of the hype of a name. then again they gave their competition hours of free press. That’s what I call fewer dropped calls.)

Let's face it, if you cause trouble in a bar, shop or public place you get thrown out and barred.
Why not tell customers to naff off as you don't want their custom - I know there are a few people in the Mini community that I will never sell anything to.

Yes but if you tell them you are selling them competitive parts or the best parts in the industries, when you are actually selling them cut rate junk, should you spend more money lying to the public in clever advertising campaigns, or spend your money providing the parts and service you advertise.

The company in question advertises the best coverage and the lowest prices backed by industries leading customer service, and promotes to the world that it’s number one priority is it’s customers, and then provides terrible coverage and dumps it’s customers for complaining.

I personally know several people suckered in to contracts with them that cannot use their phones in half the places they go.

My first cell phone service was with them 14 years ago for about three days of useless service, that was enough for me, and there service has not improved yet.

I say they charge false advertisers with theft and jail time.

If you say it, Sell it, if you can’t, then do something else but don’t lie. And if it’s anything but, the absolute truth, then it’s a total LIE.
