Nationwide Series Teams To Test At Lowe's Motor Speedway May 12-13

CONCORD, N.C. -- NASCAR Nationwide Series teams will test May 12-13 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway.

More than 40 drivers representing more than 20 teams are expected to participate in the session at the 1.5-mile track. This is the fourth scheduled test this season for series teams. Other tests were at Daytona, Las Vegas Motor and Richmond.

The rain date is May 14.

The garage opens daily at 11 a.m. with the first practice session scheduled from 1–5 p.m. Following a one-hour break, practice resumes from 6–9 p.m. The garage closes at 9:30 p.m.

Driver press conferences will begin on May 12 during the 5–6 p.m. break. On May 13, press conferences will be from noon to 1 p.m. and 5–6 p.m. All scheduled press conferences will be in the Time Warner Media Center deadline room.
