Weber carburetors on a V8 engine give up much to other induction choices.
I do not believe your cammer engine will perform well with 10:1 compression ratio pistons. This choice seems counterproductive in light of this engine's hemispherical combustion chambers.
Back in the day Crane camshafts were used in many 427 SOHC engines. You do not provide enough information to elicit more concise camshaft information.
