I haven't used them, but I'm looking at the website right now.
It seems that the system could help with airflow, but I would be worried about wet flow. With the PowerNow System, the "plates" go on both sides of the throttle valve piston, inlet and outlet (outlet feeding the cylinder head). I would think that fuel would tend to hit and "wet" the plate, causing large droplets to form and then fly into the intake, which would hurt atomization.
They wouldn't hurt trying if they were a bit cheaper... $200 for something that might work is a little hard to swallow.
