i would suggest posting this as well on the speedtalk board.
what kind of head is it ?
as you have casts i would first determine min cross sectional area to see where you are at size wise for you intended purpose.
the basic port looks like it is a good basic shape.
i'd guess that the changes will be very subtle and i suspect the valve/valveseat bowl and a minor bit of SSR shaving/widening to be the place to look for the most gains.
of course the flow should be good w. manifold fitted to the head.
