Bruce,
I don't have all the answers on Iron Eagle Darts but to date I have seemingly found that the chamber shape is reletivly insensetive to detonation. We have used up to 11.5/1 with Iron Eagles on the dyno and, with everthing set right, seen no detonation on 93 octane. Water temp is something we monitor closely as this has a distinct effect. I feel it should be kept to no more than 170 if 93 octane fuel is to be used at these higher CR's.
