Two decent sized shop vacs should be more than enough to flow a BB chevy head. for a small block one might be fine but you can still use two as the maximum depression is limited by the vacuum cleaner itself.
Yes there are some digital manometers - I can't remember the company name just now - any readers Know - if so can you help out Travis here?
